This is a Spawn Classic Series 20: Domina, that I customized.  My version is on the left, the original is on the right. 

I felt that the original design was too cluttered, so I stripped off everything around her waist and went with a cleaner look.  The goat-skull cod-piece is from a Blair Witch toy.  I wanted the model to feel slimmer, so I placed the crown/helmet higher on her head to make her taller.
