We went snowboarding on Sunday. Pictures are posted in my Virtual Photo Album under "Mountain High". The combination of physical activity and being in the outdoors has helped out with my depression. I'm not at 100%, but I am feeling better. It was my first time snowboarding, so I'm a little beaten up... but I must say that it was a blast!
Abby's sister, Jen, is coming to stay with us. She left New Hampshire on Sunday, by car. We're expecting her sometime Friday. I hope that the change of scenery will help her . Like most of us, she has been questioning her life, and Abby and I thought that she could use a new start. We're planning on taking her to Disneyland sometime in the next month. That's always a great way to start out a stay in Southern California.
I've added a new section to the website called "Abby's Corner". It's a place for Abby to post reviews, articles and essays; and to publish some of her prolific writing (for free!). There's not much there, yet... but it's definitely starting to shape up.
